This is an annual event that presents recent film production to a European audience. The competition is organized by El Perro Que Ladra, an association born in Paris in 2009 with the aim of promoting Latin American film in Europe and helping it reach a broader audience.

The fifth version of the festival presented a variety of Colombian films. Epifanía by Oscar Ruiz Navia and Anna Eborn, Amazona by Clare Weiskopf and Nicolás van Hemelryck, The Nobodies (Los nadie) by Juan Sebastián Mesa, Paciente by Jorge Caballero, Eso que llaman a amor by Carlos César Arbeláez, Nueva Venecia by Emiliano Mazza De Luca, Pariente by Ivan D. This year it featured La última tarde (Peru, Colombia) by Joel Calero, Magallanes (Peru, Colombia, and Argentina) by Salvador del Solar, and Santa y Andrés (Cuba, Colombia, and France) by Carlos Lechuga. With this showcase, the festival connects to the dynamic production of Latin America and emphasizes Colombia’s role as co-producer in the region.
