Synopsis
When Eduardo arrives at a mental hospital to perform some building repairs, he falls in love with one of the patients, Carolina, who suffers from paranoid schizophrenia. Eduardo decides to abduct Carolina, and carries her off to live with him. But as he soon discovers that their love outside the mental institution is chaos, he is forced to return Carolina to the psychiatric center. Eduardo sinks into a profound existential crisis, from which he finally escapes when, pretending to be crazy, he is admitted to the mental hospital where he can be by the side of his beloved Carolina.
