CARLOS OSUNA
Orión Films is a young Bogota-based production company created by director and producer Andrés Tudela. We are looking for challenging and relevant films on the Latin American scene. We’re currently working on the pre-production of Carlos Osuna's fourth feature film, Entrevista laboral (Job Interview). Meanwhile we’re about to complete the post-production of the fiction series Mayormente nublado (Mostly Cloudy).
Carlos Osuna’s first feature film Gordo, Calvo y Bajito (Fat, Bald, Short Man, 2011) was presented on major film festivals such as San Sebastian, Chicago, BAFICI, Warsaw, La Habana and Goa, among many others. His second feature film Sin Mover Los Labios (With the Lips Closed, 2015) was presented on festivals such as Stockholm Film Festival, FICCI, Brazilia IFF and received the award to the Best Colombian Feature Film granted by the Bogota’s Cinematheque. El Concursante (The Contestant, 2017), his third feature film was premiered at the official competition of the Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival-PÖFF and was part of the Atelier at Cannes Film Festival.
