Synopsis
In an effort to be universal, two Colombian filmmakers pretend to understand the reality of Bolivian popular culture through the eyes of Andrés Huaquipa, singer and miner from Potosí. But the college-educated team finds itself surpassed by their character, and hence forced to reassess the traditional attitudes of documentary films about the Third World. They strive to present a faithful testimony about what it means to be a Latin-American and a family man.
