Synopsis

Aristarco Perea Copete, Colombian musician, dedicated his whole life to the Cuban musical genre known as the “Son”, charmingly fusing into it the airs of the Colombian Pacific Coast. For years, he nurtured the dream of traveling to Cuba. But at the very moment when the opportunity arose, death frustrated his aspirations. In the documentary, he speaks to us in his songs, loves and dreams—an invaluable musical gift to the lovers of the Cuban “Son”.
