Synopsis

Every year in Cali (Colombia), the people from the Pacific coast celebrate the Petronio Alvarez Music Festival. Among the participants in this festival participate are three musical groups from Timbiquí, a small town in the middle of the tropical jungle in the Pacific coast. Two of them are in Timbiquí and are preparing their drums to travel. The other group is composed of eight youths from Timbiquí who decided to leave their town and work as musicians in Cali. To these three groups this Festival is not only an opportunity to show the folkloric music from their home town, but also to realize their dreams
