Synopsis
I never thought of darkness as something that caused me fear, until my left eye began to lose its visual acuity and I understood that the deterioration of my vision meant much more than just not seeing. Strangely, it all began the day I visited the Sarna Paramo and perceived traces of the violent past my territory had suffered. “Where do the birds go when it rains” is an exploration of my fears, where audiovisual forms become therapeutic tools.
