Description
The International Children and Youth Film Festival, Calibélula, was born in 2017 in Santiago de Cali, offering film content in various commercial, alternative and educational activities. Calibélula has a free educational component for children and adolescents from public and private schools. In 2020, a streaming platform was created, and a new formative and exhibition process started before the festival's regular program. The strategy aims to reach a solid, bold encounter and encourage greater participation from its target audience.
